Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Genxyzra Next Generation Economic Development Corporation (“GENXYZRA”) handles information through genxyzraonline.org and its GENI AI Business Advisor.
Questions submitted to GENI
When a visitor sends a question to GENI, the question is transmitted to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a response. Each request sends the latest question, rather than the full conversation displayed on the page.
The website keeps the displayed conversation in the current page’s memory. It does not save that conversation to browser cookies or browser storage, or maintain a chat database through its current chat application. Refreshing the page or selecting Clear removes the displayed conversation. These actions do not request deletion of any records held by service providers.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords, tax identification numbers, confidential business records, or other sensitive information. GENI provides general educational information. Its responses may contain errors and should be checked before being used for business decisions.
Email inquiries
When someone emails [email protected], GENXYZRA receives the sender’s email address, message, and any information or attachments the sender includes. We use this information to respond to the inquiry.
Inquiry emails are retained for 30 days. Messages are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Microsoft-hosted inbox. Provider records and backups may follow different retention schedules under the providers’ policies.
Newsletters and marketing
A newsletter signup is planned but is not currently available on this website. Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe someone to newsletters or marketing.
When the signup becomes available, visitors will be asked to actively choose to subscribe. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. This notice will be updated to describe the mailing service and subscription retention practices before the signup launches.
Hosting and technical information
Cloudflare hosts and helps operate this website. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, browser information, timestamps, and diagnostic records to deliver and protect the service.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is currently disabled for this Pages project. The website does not include advertising trackers in its current page code.
Fonts and external services
The main website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Loading those fonts connects the visitor’s browser to Google’s servers. This privacy page uses system fonts.
Service providers handle information under their applicable terms and privacy policies. Further information is available from Cloudflare, Cloudflare Workers AI, Google, and Microsoft. GENXYZRA’s 30-day inquiry retention policy does not set the retention periods for these providers’ technical records.
Privacy questions and requests
To ask about information provided to GENXYZRA or request correction or deletion of an inquiry, email [email protected]. Please identify the inquiry without sending sensitive documents. We will review the request and explain any applicable limits.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our website services or information practices change and show the revised effective date on this page.
